I know that Beyonce organized a fan fundraiser for Flint that brought in over $80k (which was quickly delivered and put to good use), but I had not heard that she personally kicked in that kind of coin...do you have a source for that? Would love to learn more.

For what it’s worth, lots of great people have spent untold hours and dollars helping mitigate the effect of this crisis on Flint’s kids. University of Michigan-Flint, the Flint public schools, and other organizations have partnered to make early education (preschool) free to any affected child, programs are in place
