Excess heat is dumped by thermal conduction to the outside and via radiation and carried away by convection. It’s holding 133F - unless we’re talking creep (unlikely at 133F) you’re never going to reach any material melting points. And you’re certainly not shocking anything. It’s not like the car is going from 133F to -50F repeatedly.
