I wish taking vacations was actually useful for me.

Based on what’s said here, it isn’t as if two people simply drifted away from one another. One person actively makes the life of the woman’s daughter miserable. The daughter shouldn’t have to make her mom choose; the mom should’ve  chosen her daughter the moment this other woman started being toxic.

When I have these moments I mentally scream, “no one remembers you. You aren’t anything. No one will know your name when you die.”

Above everything else, why is your mom ok having a relationship with someone who treats you (her daughter!) like garbage? There’s nothing wrong with not wanting to subject yourself, and your kids, to such toxicity. I’m appalled that this is even a question for your mom.

Every time we elect Democrats their policies fix the economy. Every time Republicans are elected they crash the economy. There’s a pattern here, but I’m not sure what it is.
