If you’re expecting tight logical though from American Horror Story, you’re doing it wrong. Especially when they’re doing nonsense 80s slashers.

OMG THANK YOU for this. I’m subbed to the special episodes feed, but I didn’t know about this one. I would’ve wondered what happened to those episodes for ages.
It’s a shame basically every other idea they mentioned and all the stuff they cut out sounds so much funnier than what they actually ended up with.
Honestly, it’s just a period soap opera. If you can accept it’s not going to be any more than that, it can be very enjoyable. (At least in the few moments an episode that aren’t about least-interesting-character-of-all-time Mr. Bates).
“If you choose to look at it in a certain way, Joker is a man who unknowingly incites violence and hatred and becomes a leader because of those warped ideas. Sound familiar?”
Thinking back on it, my favorite parts of Berberian Sound Studio were its very Look Around You-esque moments. I really enjoy this director’s work.
Holy hell that description is right up my alley in a number of ways. No way I’m missing this one on Arthouse Theatre Day.
I’m so glad that the Dark Crystal finally realized its full potential and went from a B to a... B+
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more satisfying moment in a TV show than Skarsgård’s complete piece of shit character getting torn to shreds when it seemed like he had survived the car accident. And of course, Kirsten Dunst is just absolutely fantastic in the show. It’s really hard to imagine where the show is going. It…
Honestly, it both tempts me and wearies me.
I mean no one chose Killian’s Red, so I guess... no one won.
Wingspan is such a beautiful, interesting, and enjoyable game, and only goes to show how tired so much fantasy/steampunk/zombie/train themeing of modern board gaming is.
Mulholland Drive. You know the scene.
I would be excited for this if Community held up at all today, but rewatching some recently, it has really gone the way of 30 Rock.
Starring Michelle Williams as Gwen Verdon as Rene Zellweger as Judy Garland
Honestly, though I like ventriloquist version, the choreography they created for the marionette staging of “We Both Reached For The Gun” was incredible. I’d love to see a staging like that.
He called her when he knew she couldn’t respond to his underhanded bullshit. He knew what he was doing.
Are you fucking kidding? She was one of the greatest dancers on stage long before she met him. There’s not a world in which she’d have ever bee nowhere.
How watching this show do you have an ounce of respect left for Bob, much less believe he wasn’t screwing Gwen over with the replacement? That is baffling to me.
