Kripp is a salty jerk and I enjoyed the game more when I decided to never watch him again. There are plenty of streamers who manage to be smart and entertaining but also graceful in defeat and silly and experimental in their approach to the game (Trump, Amaz, Toast, Savjz!)

Yao Ming is not from America and therefore not Asian-American.

I like experimenting with different squad comps but it’s hard to not take him because all his banter is amazing and he just never dies in combat.

You forgot Drack’s even more hilarious follow-up message!

I call them “reveries.”

When I make a character they are usually female, though I am male. Not for the “something to look at” reason. Mainly I think because I can embrace the power fantasy a little bit more when I roleplay a female? I’m a little too self-conscious about power and ethics to do that in real life. Playing FemShep, for example,

Her email is literally at the bottom of the post. Just saying.

You can be salty about this but it is nowhere near as ridiculous as Zarya getting an epic skin which is just giving an existing skin frosted tips. 750 credits for something that should cost 75.

I have 1300 hours in Europa Universalis IV but over the last three years.

“Blame haughty non-voters”

My mistake!

The dog might be microchipped? I think a collar is good regardless but not strictly necessary if the dog is chipped.

One thing I desperately want that’s shouldn’t take all that much work is more and better map types. Island maps are some of my favoforites but I kind of hate Island Plates because of the snakey shapes and sheer random size assortment. What’s even the difference between Fractal and Shuffle? And Continents and Pangea

You’re welcome! Have fun storming the castle.

Well, if you’ve built any apostles/missionaries from before you got converted, they’ll still have your original faith.

Getting a full promotion’s worth of healing for killing a unit stays good, too.

Oh I didn’t realize! Yes, that’s how it goes in Civ. Having someone snipe your wonder with a couple of turns left is an infuriating experience, so making sure you got to the tech/civic first, no one else is likely to build it, you have a Great Engineer who can rush production, or you just don’t care very much about

Agreed about redeploying spies but you can save yourself a click by clicking the “counterespionage” button on the spy’s unit frame if they’re already deployed in the right city. It will go right to asking you what district to deploy them in. It’s not great but it saved me a little hassle

Have you tried strategic mapmode? I wonder whether the simpler non-3d rendering might be more visually distinct. I myself as a non-colorblind person sometimes get confused by fog of war/unexplored in the standard view

Maybe you’ve got a bug where messages about someone else building the thing didn’t appear? Or you just missed them. Because that’s what happens when someone else snipes your wonder.
