The only reason I attempted to read this was because I fell down a Sharon Tate Wiki Wormhole and wanted to read the book before watching the movie.
Yeeaah, plus it hasn’t been a particularly good year for women. Light is being drawn to women’s issues, which is great, but until there’s tangible change things are exactly the same as they always were.
I tried to read this book recently... I can totally get into cheesy novels, moreso if they involve Hollywood, sex and drugs... But this was so BAD. I couldn’t get past the third chapter.
