I know a slow car won’t do less damage driving over you than a fast car. But if you were parking at a normal-person parking speed, you’d realize that the person is on the ground/you’re driving into something before you actually run them over.

Who the hell parks their car fast enough to run someone over and kill them?!

True, but before Kanye came along she did pretty well dressing for her body type. Most of the time I think she looks fine in a skirt, unless she pairs it with ankle boots (which she seems to do waaay to often). You literally need to be a model to pull of the skirt/ankle boot combo.
