I think it’s understood that it intends to show the current location of the light from those stars as it is reaching us now, but not necessarily the precise location of the stars. Has anyone made a star chart that shows the actual vs visible locations of stars for comparison?

I do give the straight line cue, but unfortunately, our mirrors in the Group Ex room don’t go to the floor. There are many things I have to correct pretty much 1 on 1 because of this: anything from tucking their hips in a plank to getting the correct width in wide pushups

I’ll sometimes use a thick yoga mat and fold it for cushioning.

Another place people go wrong is not having their elbows or hands (depending on which plank you’re doing) directly underneath the shoulders allowing the arm or upper arm to work as a column.

This has really good results for the fast amount of time it takes to do it.

I love it. I don’t watch it very much at all, but when I do, I’m just fascinated. Just about every volley is exciting, and not just the highlights as shown there. That and jai alai are amazing sports.

Hmmm, FB doesn’t have “Compose new”, “reply/comment” or “like/react” shortcuts? It seems those would actually save time, as opposed to the 2 seconds per year on average I spend getting to FB official page, help center, service agreements, privacy center, and account settings.

I understand all of that, I really do. I understand the need to avoid “mystery meat navigation” which is why, in one of my other replies, I stated that originality in design must also be accompanied by usability and usefulness.
