I heard they do this in France... ?

Awesome! You’re the bestest!

Kristin, would you arrange for a skylight to be installed in the office here, please?

I wonder why they chose a 7:1 ratio instead of the 4:1 that you typically see advertised.

Since posting this nearly 3 years ago, I’m now on 0.7 acres and use a riding mower. Haven’t had to sharpen the blade yet.

"group ex" means "group exercise classes"

ok, you completely misunderstand. We instructors don't use the DVDs; we are the instructor. No Tony, no Dreya, no Pam the Blam. We take the place of the DVDs. People do this for various reasons from better accountability by showing up with a group to wanting individualized instruction.

Courthouse wedding, two receptions put on by friends and family (lots of good cooks and VERY talented bakers/artists around). I don't remember the cost, because people just pitched in. It's not the wedding, it's the marriage, and at 17 years later, I'd say it's a pretty good ROI

Well, unnecessary snarkiness aside, we actually train people according to P90X in private, semi-private, and group-ex formats and tailor the program according to client needs. We help with proper form, proper choice of resistance (weights, bands) and assist in developing the nutrition plan to match their goals.

I tried both methods

Interesting! Thanks for the reply, Lindsay!

I discovered several years ago that I will enjoy the one that challenges me the most. One of the reasons I went with P90X was because of the people who told me that I'll never finish it, or they never knew of anyone who actually finished it. I'm now a P90X Certified instructor, so I probably got a little obsessive.

Hi Lindsay! Aside from an obvious request for an illegal activity, are there any kinds of requests which come through that probably won’t get fulfilled, either due to an inappropriate nature, logistical problems of execution, too time consuming, etc.,?

Yes I am. Been doing it for about a decade now. It's hard to explain "how" I'm doing it without coming across as making assumptions about people who aren't, such as, "I don't buy stuff I can't afford." Easy to say, but that simply may not be the case for others as many people's needful expenses change based on varying

Thanks for the reply! It’s a major road behind my house and gets a lot of traffic (and a lot of deadly accidents) which is why the cops patrol it often and are very aggressive. When they are there, I try my best to report it, because it slows people down (if they’re using Waze) and makes them pay more attention.

Speaking of Waze... I live in a house which backs up to a busy street, but there are about 2 acres of land between me and this street. I see cops pulling people over all the time from my back window, and I’d like to get on Waze and put in the report, but it only allows me to report from my location (my street). Anyone

Doctors told me, no antiperspirant... just deodorant.

I honestly feel like a complete insensitive, self-privileged, moron when I catch myself complaining about ANYTHING, when I probably deserve to have it all taken away from me. There are people in this world who would give anything to have to do the chores we complain about. They wish they had 4 piles of dirty clothes

Whitson, thanks for posting this. I stared at the mens section looking for unscented for about 5 minutes just swearing to myself "I must be missing it" looking for unscented. I recently had a perfect storm of hidradenitis flare up paired with the use of a deodorant/antiperspirant (blocks pores) which led to a medieval
