This has never made sense to me. Yet another reason (outside of shit build quality) to stick to Japanese cars. Hyundai and Kia used to be a joke, but seem to be more forward thinking than the Americans. I really hope Nissan pulls its head out of its ass, as I love me some Nissan.

If they can sell them at a profit, no matter how small, while keeping up with demand in higher margin market segments (read: SUVs), they are leaving money on the table. It’s a focus on profit margin over gross profit. That looks good to the shareholders, but they’re missing the bigger picture.

If ford didn’t also seem to price everything like its gone waaay waaay upscale, it might be better off as well. A higher trim level explorer jumped 10k! Same with items like the Edge Sport to the ST... 10k for that privilege! People aren’t stupid, they know the ecosport sucks, they’ll go buy a Civic. 

They may have been able to keep more of these people if their tiny suvs didn’t suck so bad.

What really bothers me is that they made her arm, which is already thin and perfect..into this skinny malnourished arm. I have Michelle Obama arms and I’m proud of them! When I see arms that look like pipe cleaners it looks really freaky to me.
