I really doubt Apple will give them authorization to open a official store. They are obviously very selective. Though, it would save them some money and time cause renovation cost would extremely low.

I think most of the revenue will be from accessories. I certainly wouldn't buy a featured product from that store. But if I happened to be in or around Grand Central and needed a charger, wire etc. Where else would you go?
