That was an incredible scene with Jared and the gang discussing hiring women. The writers were able to use Jared's propensity for mental gymnastics as a kind of meta-criticism of their critics. And it is very Mike Judge-ian to make that point in a way that his critics un-wittingly enjoy. It’s wicked and I love it.
