Yes! I’m glad he’s found a diet/workout routine that works for him, but it can be dangerous to equate “fat” with “unhealthy”. I have plenty of friends who are very healthy - they workout a lot, eat healthy foods, and generally take care of themselves - but would still be considered “fat”, especially by this standard.
