Well....if the IP was in a crisis and pending doom, makes sense why they gave the green light for a FF7 remake and also making it episodic...They need the money

well...good thing you can use a firewall and block the application it uses from sending anything outbound.

They should have known Konami would have shut it down as they wouldn’t be making money from it. The smart thing to do would have been finished the game then release it so the work is complete and out there where Konami couldn’t have done anything.
