I clicked in, and watched it tick up to $50. I don’t know why I did that.  Self-loathing, maybe.

I prefer my beautiful actresses to *not* be covertly working for foreign spy agencies, but your mileage may vary.

Holy shit, way to suck up to and minimize imperialism, bloodthirsty murder, and unfair and repressive taxation all in a go.  Yeah, the British royals have a hundred years of bloodthirst, murder, and greed in their history - but holy shit, Tom Markle *doesn’t like his in-laws*, so he must be the worst person alive,

I guess losing a popularity contest to the British royals means you have “mental health issues” now?

Best part of this all, though - when you were caught out for being wrong, with details of the CIA’s affiliation with Saddam going all the way back to ‘63 cited in the New York Times itself, you immediately called it all an “opinion piece” and refused to discuss any of it anymore.

Though I confess I couldn’t make it through your ego-boosting exercise of a post and my eyes started glazing over after the first “elites”.

Holy shit, you’re still an idiot.

Is “shame” actually a rational concept for anyone in this Administration?  You can’t shame the shameless.

According to a recent Vanity Fair article, it’s actually rumored that Tillerson wanted those positions filled, but was under directive from his radioactive orange master to slash State Department funding, or else.

That’s why he was so fucking disgruntled all the time (best guess), and why he was just fine with leaving the position.

Oh yeah!  Ultima V is a high point for me to this day.

Haha, this is great! Now I want them to ship copies of the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic movie now to the first few Avengers locations by “accident”.

You:

Noodles is right - the “rockstarization” of game designers did start in the late ‘80s. I was around! People, at least in the industry, already *started* to know the Williamses from King’s Quest, or Michael Crawford from The Bard’s Tale, or Shigeru Miyamoto from Mario/Zelda, or Hironobu Sakaguchi from Final Fantasy, or

Yup, I study The Bard’s Tale (the first one) to this day for excellent lessons from Michael Crawford about what makes an amazing game.

Yes. It’s probably fair to say that medical debt and potential medical debt are among the greatest fears of any American family of any income level.

You’re already wasting your own time, because you think you know everything.  Go do something else. No skin off my back.

“I’m not familiar with the Seidman thing and will only comment that it sounds like the real reason you’re here.”

I don’t know! I don’t talk to big, floating eyeballs as a general rule.

Actually, in the 80's - yes, but the publishers didn’t. That was actually one thing that led to the dominance of EA, which started in the 90's - they treated their lead designers well, and like artists/creators instead of just wageslaves, which is ironic considering that only a decade later they’d be in trouble for
