I agree. I think they undeniably meant for her breasts to move. Whether or not they intended for them to jiggle like a hooker hotel while the character is bouncing up and down taunting her opponents is up for debate - they *are* selling games to 13-year-old boys who love that kind of thing, but their parents don’t, so…

Her boobs are affected by gravity and inertia, making the mesh warp slightly in response to physics forces. This appears to be absolutely intended, as many parts of her costume do the same thing, and because it happens in a great many animations. What meshes? Her shirt and her body? That’s not a realistic assessment of this scenario. I’m a game developer - and I’m pretty willing to bet on the notion that they intended for her boobs to move, because you don’t *make* boobs a separate mesh/bone/whatever from the chest if you don’t want them to move.

It’s entirely possible that they screwed up in just the way dirtside said.

As a game developer, I promise that 3d titties do *not* jiggle themselves.
