Hearthstone is not being stewarded well. The recent changes to the ranking process and the power imbalance in Legendaries are attempting to force an exorbitant level of financial and time commitment from players that is absolutely contrary to the casual, fun, play-a-few-hours-a-week vibe they launched with several

Part of the problem here is that R. Kelly got *caught peeing on a girl who was not of legal age* - and taping it - and still got acquitted by a jury of his ostensible peers. What he learned is that his power, fame, and money make him invincible and free from the consequences of his actions.

I hate Americans who don’t think other people are people just because they weren’t born here.

I ditched Hearthstone this cycle when I realized I was starting to feel *exactly* like the Saronite Chain Gang myself.

Less a fetish for “individualism” than late-era capitalism...and China is not sainted. Your country’s record vis-a-vis the Golden Rule is far from perfect. In particular I would suggest making an effort to get your government to stop imprisoning human rights activists and journalists before pointing the finger at us.

Most League skins are *not* retextures. Go take a second look. Most of them have custom geometry, and indeed simple retextures/palette swaps are considered “chromas” these days instead of separate skins, and sold as such.

I don’t see what you see, either.

I still think Tay has to be judged as one of the most successful A.I. experiments to date, simply based on this entire sequence of events.

I was playing Wild at the time. I have in fact never played anything else. I don’t play Standard formats in any CCG, knowing from long experience that these formats are intended largely to spur regular purchases of new expansions and create healthy profits for the designers far more than they are intended to balance

There’s never been a better.

Looks great - if Hearthstone hadn’t gone to a five-stars-per-level, lose-5-levels a month system, and created a ranked-play environment where spending $50-100 a year to craft a viable deck out of cards that cannot be sold and have no real value is de facto required.

I find it helps if you notice that instead of just being another nail, it actually is almost an entire tiny finger growing out of the nail, with *another tiny nail on the end of the tiny finger*.

Ironically, the music and movie industries are *not* worse about this. Music and movies can at least be heard and viewed in public establishments that have longstanding licensing arrangements with the bars and venues and theatres they play in.

The problem is that the game industry very specifically causes per-seat license fees for commercial establishments to be so high as to effectively regulate the industry out of business. You would be stunned what most publishers choose to charge for the right to play their games in public. It would bankrupt the

Actually various remnants of the PATRIOT Act still require social networks and message boards to maintain all messages for seven years to be in full compliance with the law. Zuck/InQTel/CIA Facebook shills are not supposed to be exempt, but the CIA does what it wants to, and has since InQTel financed this giant Fourth

If you want to make that argument, somehow y’all got to reconcile the double standard on how actual brutal, animalistic murder machines are viewed in modern African-American society and in hip-hop - and I say this not as ignorant white trash but as someone who spent years trying to become a producer in the culture.

Gosh! Let’s say we legalize violence against anyone who uses racial slurs. Black people can punch anyone who uses the n-word. No legal repercussions. Does that mean white people can then punch anyone at The Root who uses “wypipo” in print too?

And what about the “wypipo” slur y’all have been handing out like candy on this site for several years now? The “wypipo competition” that Harriott runs every year?

Fuck you too. I got called a white boy in school over and over growing up in Los Angeles. I never killed anyone over it.

Indeed. It is likely voluntary manslaughter, due to the use of the racial slur:
