Then we can dismiss the obnoxious “ta-mah-to” as an affectation. If it was a real thing, they’d pronounce “ay” as “ah” in other cases too for consistency. “I’m Fonzie. Ahhhhhh!”

I don’t know that it ignores so much as tries to walk a fine line between giving credit where it’s due and letting a producer slap his name on any aspect of the creative process by mandating that they include two of his lines. That seems like a fair balance of reasonable but competing concerns. “How many of these

I absolutely agree there’s a lot left to tell and I do sincerely hope they do, even though that hope is kind of small. If nothing else, watching season 2's finale just recently did feel like a fairly decent end, at least for now. Although I really want to know what the major point of Holt’s creepy son was .

It would be really cool to see a culmination of the BTK stuff going on in the background, see how they portray the way the BSU tactics get popularized. I also would love to see how they’d shine a light on people like Ramirez, Bundy, Dahmer, and the setting that enabled them.

It certainly isn’t a great sign. If we look at the glass half full, there are some things to consider. Fincher has been genuinely busy, and with a Netflix film at that. Netflix could have just cancelled it, yet have deliberately chosen not to. The actors have expressed a desire to return and none of the primary

There’s certainly some pedantry with how they choose to call it that, but in the old vein of “prepare for the worst, hope for the best”, I just call it a cancellation- especially in a series so central to the characters, long breaks like this don’t bode well to actors’ availability, which could spell doom to any plans

It’s technically just on “indefinite hiatus” presumably/hopefully just so Fincher could make this movie.

Trivia for the day:

I’m excited to see more of this, though I’m still beside myself over no more Mindhunters.

Why is Gamora?

C’mon, Face Off deserves better than C+! That movie is entertaining as hell.

According to Loverboy, it’s the time period that everybody was working for.

But the “tortures” are pretty silly and fairly mild.  Having to kiss your gnarly grandmother or do infinity pushups isn’t exactly having a car battery hooked up to your genitals.

watched it this morning, was fun.  it moves right along, and i had several moments where i laughed out loud.  enjoy!

This review makes it sound like exactly like what I expect from Bill and Ted: 30 years later.  Sign me up.

Same here.  I’m not looking for high art in my Bill and Ted movie

If you have seen Bergman’s The Seventh Seal (1957) with its famous chess match against Death (who is costumed almost identically to Bill and Ted’s version), the games of Battleship and Twister that B&T play against Death in the second are easily the funniest part of either of the two movies.

Don't care, will watch, will love.
