*Actor who played Spike on Buffy & Angel misreads invitation & attends party in costume.*

I was a big fan of Rogue Squadron 1 on N64. It felt like a spiritual sequel to Star Fox. And Shadows of the Empire was great. Playing the Hoth level was special.

Excellent!

There's also fucking in Everything Must Go.

He’s been riding the coat tails of Training Day for years. They must be some sturdy industrial strength coat tails.

*Retrieves letter from mailbox. Disappointed it’s from Starz and not Publisher’s Clearinghouse. Reads statement of termination. Shrugs. Throws letter in paper recycling bin.*

I honestly don’t think it is offensive and think the song itself was good, but for a site that seems to overcompensate in defense of minor social offenses, I am surprised they didn't flip out on that one.

Did they use the porn parody for the actual script?

I'm hoping for a spin-off/special/limited series about Gilfoyle & Dinesh. The name is just as perfect as their relationship.

The phone was still held up to his ear as the balloons dropped.

Wow, yes I think it's Mr. Peteypedia himself.

I can recognize Benedict Banderstrange but he looks related to Will Poulter. Is Poulter in Shameless and Gotham? Am I only thinking he looks like other versions of himself?

I wouldn’t mind the term if it were used properly. Like crazy MAGA people are Trump “Stans”, many die-hard Star Wars fans might fit into that category, Taylor Swift fans very likely, but not just anyone who likes anything. And they stopped capitalizing the S so people wouldn’t know it’s a reference to a name.

Was Will Poulter the game developer in Bandersnatch? He reminds me of like 2 other generic British dudes.

That name is dumb not only because it’s been overused but also because Stan was a rejected psychotic and suicidal fan. I find it ironic how there hasn’t been an article calling it offensive to fans with depression.

I wish that were the case but I feel like it's in the same boat as people burning or breaking products in protest and hurting themselves. They're at a level so dumb, it's impervious to absolutely anything.

Don't do what Post-Sean-O'Neill AV Club does.

Whoa!

And making Don Hertzfeld's "My spoon is too big!" line from Rejected strangely relevant again.

Oh I didn’t mean it as a knock on the movie. I meant half because the other half of Grindhouse was Rodriguez’s Planet Terror. Which I also liked but wasnt sure if it would be a full Tarantino entry. It’s been a while since I’ve seen it so maybe the running time was long enough for it to be a full feature on its own. I
