I love having it. It helps me when using myfitnesspal, which keeps me feeling full, but also prevents me from overdoing it when I think I can get away with certain things

I’m pretty happy to see the counts up on menus. I’m all for sitting down and having a meal I know for a fact is over half my calories that day. But sometimes that’s not my goal. Meanwhile, they are speaking out against the Hollywood abusers but not against the abusers in their own party, yet we are the hypocrites. It makes no goddamn sense.

I was a real insufferable music snob in my teens and early 20s. Life became much more enjoyable when I quit investing so much energy into having “correct” opinions about the merits of one type of music over the other.
