I hope this all comes crashing down on them, and maybe we won’t have some brain-dead legislators try and outlaw cars that don’t drive themselves.

Anything with an Oldsmobile Diesel. Especially the Chevy Celebrity wagons with the 4.3 V6 diesel. Everyone says it’s a terrible engine but once you do a few modifications it’s quite a good engine and the later production ones are pretty good stock.
Those are pretty funny. I’d like to hear your takes on these too if you don’t mind:
My speedometer is the exact opposite. It only goes to 100 and the car can go over 150. It just ends up pointing straight down and sometimes gets stuck and I have to bang on the dashboard with my fist.
Trucks have column shifters still. There’s definitely ways to make them look cool but nobody tries.
A shifter doesn’t need to be on the center console, you know. Why not just put in a column shifter as would be the logical decision instead of this idiotic knob stuff.
I seriously doubt that they have low sulfur diesel there
With those tires, no air conditioning, and no fan except for heat. Also make it a really long and winding track.
What Dodge needs is to bring back the Neon, including the SRT-4, and with better engines than they offer in their current models.
There are kits available to swap in a VW diesel, either an IDI or a TDI, that include everything needed.
It might be possible to disassemble one, swap the engine for an old fashioned mechanical diesel (maybe one of the tiny caterpillar 4 cylinders), build a custom frame, and register it as a kit car Willys, at least in some states.
There can be a benefit if the engine is properly optimized. Hydrogen allows for an extremely high compression ratio in conjunction with turbocharging or supercharging due to its high autoignition temperature. There was research done a while ago in Germany that showed power outputs of over 100 kW/liter (134 bHP/liter)…
Except the diesel model. That was kind of cool in my opinion.
Its even easier than that actually. Since the Viper is designed to just be a no-frills car that’s fast, just make a basic design like the previous Viper and put in a truck Hemi, transmission, and rear end shortened to fit. Give it a little more of a performance tune and sell it cheap. Add a Cummins diesel option while…
Yes, but do all of those to a bigger engine and you’ll make even more power, so there really is no replacement.
Did some extra research and with an LSX454 block (4.185 inch bore) the stroke would only have to be 3.05 inches. This is a better bore to stroke ratio than most flat plane V8s currently in production so it certainly wouldn’t be an issue.
Im not denying the ridiculousness of it, but rather just saying that it’s certainly possible to accomplish, especially with the likely shorter stroke of this engine. No bore and stroke has been provided and therefore it’s quite likely that it could be something like a highly destroked LSX 454 and possibly even a new…
It was simply the logical thought process. I have autism and that results in a lot of anxiety from not driving perfectly. I keep both hands on the steering wheel except when shifting, and always follow speed limits and use turn signals. I even use turn signals when turning out of my driveway and it seems to annoy…
Still in the process of acquiring parts and building mine, and it’s more of a workstation.
Why is the L in dreamland a cucumber? I mean I know it’s China but this is inexplicable even for them.
