I applaud the episode for ending the fight with connections to the reason it began: catching Peridot. Very full circle there.

I just saw that! Good job SU!

Yellow Diamond confirmed.

I was wondering that myself. Don't think he's been introduced yet.

Eh. She was probably more focused on waving to Steven.

If we're comparing to this to the other StevenBomb "breathers", then this was a good episode.

True. I mean, he wasn't going to eat those chips, so I figured he was just leading Steven to his house too, to show him how much he obsessed about Amethyst. Of course, once we learned the paintings were Vidalia's, I forgot all about the chip chase. But I'm also wondering why Onion hoped for Steven to come.

So Onion really is just a very creepy kid. Not Yellow Diamond. Ah… well. He's still evil.

First off, I am very glad we finally got a Ruby-and-Sapphire centric episode, particularly one that saw them bickering. I also like seeing they have seperate, contrasting powers, that of fire and ice.

Same. Pearl is really being portrayed on social media as one-dimensionally jealous, when we can tell from her development so far on the show that she has a lot more going on then some petty "thirst".

Just thought to ask: is there any information on dates for future episodes, past the StevenBomb? (Yeah, I know we've only gotten through the first day of it, but I kinda need to plan my life around this, so… :3)

This show definitely hits emotional heartstrings better than most shows out there. And it's just getting so much more refined and directed!

I'm excited for Adventure Time's return, but I guess I'm more eager for Steven Universe's hiatus to be over; I feel that's mainly because the StevenBomb ended with a cliffhanger compared to the Finnale, which had everything a lot more wrapped up. If the miniseries AT has planned bombs, though, I might be focusing less

Very chilling episode (double meaning for title, I'd venture.) I don't think the idea of subconscious communication has ever been explored in this series, but it is very interesting to see its use here: not only does Steven end up talking to Lapis, he also gets to see the enraged Jasper and fusion Malachite. The

I just saw a fan on Instagram who commented that the reason Greg thought he and Rose would fuse after he kissed her was because Rose and Pearl kissed right before they fused. After re-watching the episode, it seems a plausible theory. Thoughts?

Beautiful balance between mature romantic affection and childish antics (Garnet throwing the stick comes to mind, specifically). This episode was everything I hoped it would be. Definite A-material

I apologize for my transparency. Sss.

How is this rated at the same level as "Rising Tides/Crashing Skies"? Tonight's was an elegantly executed episode.

Tomorrow's episode does pose well as a turning point (perhaps we'll get a bit more Gem War history?), though I'm most excited for Thursday's airing (more Rose Quartz and a possible new fusion!). I have a feeling these next three episodes will be really stellar, making this week near perfect (save tonight's slight

A decent episode. I think most of us knew "Rising Tides/Crashing Skies" would not match the notch set by "Sworn to the Sword" yesterday, but we were still hoping for an 11 minute roller coaster ride of feels. Ah, well. It's O.K. I like that "Steven Universe" is similar to "Adventure Time" in this way, where both go
