I don’t warm to be an armchair psychologist, but my take on Harmon is that he’s a type of autistic where he has very limited self-awareness in the moment, but once he realizes why and how he’s doing things wrong, he is hyper-conscientious about it. He’s also definitely hard to work with, but I’m guessing (likely being

I’m a huge fan of the show and never wished for its cancellation, but I certainly had my doubts/questions about what it would look like going forward. I was pretty firmly in the camp that this was going to really impact the feel and writing of the show. Seeing that at this point all he’s really doing is voicing

I really dislike these “Stars” and “Percentages”. Just give me the actual data! How many G’s did each dummy suffer? Any whiplash? Any strikes from inside the cabin?

It’s definitely that. It’s not that we have a bunch of laypeople discussing the legal rational behind decisions pertaining to cases we really don’t know a ton about. Nope, it’s not that the people here could be wrong.

I don’t really understand the whole story here, but right on the face of it, it seems super creepy and just plain wrong that she’s been working hard since she was a teen, and she can’t even get her request granted to get a different conservator.

I could imagine a conservatorship if senile nursing home grandma is in danger of giving away all her worldly goods to Jerry Falwell, but for a wealthy relatively stable (for an American) 38 year old?

She has a mullet and belongs to a club called the Puff Divers, I think it was a given.  Dang I love this show.

I figured she was into women from her first appearance. Nice to have that confirmed.

oh leave The Simpsons alone.

So we’re still doing ‘phrasing’?

I haven’t had a chance to watch this one yet, but I am so excited to know that Nat is back. Both the character and Jillian Bell are goddamned delights. I still miss her show Idiotsitter, the episode where they get drunk on the way to a funeral made me cry laughing.

I’m glad they made Nat gay, I caught huge queer vibes from her in the wedding ring episode. Also, I hope she finds a new girlfriend whose more up her alley (phrasing).

I’m really hoping we see someone wearing “Madness Castle” clothing in a future episode.

I can’t believe after ten years they’re still balancing on that knife edge.  Most shows blow it after a single episode or two.

It’s kind of amazing how Bob’s Burgers has (at least in my opinion) managed to keep Teddy juuuuust on the loveable side of “loveable loser.” He's a character that could go horribly wrong, but something about his attitude and Larry Murphy's wonderful voice work make it funny instead of sad.

Yep this episode definitely deserved the A. I liked seeing Gene out of his bombastic persona, with him especially going, “I see them when I close my eyes.”

This ep felt like a new favourite blanket - familiar but new enough not to need to go through the laundry.  And one of my favourite things about the show is how everyone just rolls with all of its side characters and is never outright mean to any of them.  Also “Britney Spears, give me strength!” is going into regular

I literally did not pick up on Adam and Steve until reading these comments.

You probably know this already :)—Adam and Steve was an insulting phrase used by Jerry Falwell, may he rot in hell —”it’s not Adam and STEVE, it’s Adam and EVE” so I was delighted that they used it.

Nat has absolutely become one of my favorite recurring characters, which is impressive for a character who didn’t debut until 8 seasons in. This show has such a treasure trove of weirdos with sad-but-not-too-sad lives. The snakes being named Adam and Steve is funny on so many levels (hell, I JUST made the snake/Garden
