Because the Mon Cal cruiser was massive and expensive. And it simply disabled Snoke’s dreadnought for a time. Missiles are effective because they go fast, but consider the speed of the cruiser to what it might have done at sublight... it actually only did, what, two or three times its possible sublight damage, plus

Because of reasons the writers could waste time making up but I’d rather they spent that time not catering to people who don’t know how to suspend their disbelief while watching a movie about space wizards with laser swords.

I don’t recall them being used in the movies. They have been used in the canonical Rebels cartoon, though.

Counter-point: Person’s a nerd and technical, gets hella high, then starts thinking deep about this shit.

Also, even though it’s a science term, gravity wells and Interdictors are legit things in the Star Wars universe, even after being swallowed by Disney.

Interdictors are ships in the star wars canon that prevent other ships from using their hyperdrive. They are used in the movies so it’s not “some science terms”. They work, as described, by creating artificial gravity big enough to prevent ships from doing their hyperspace thing.

I mean, they’re running around on the daily, chasing and running, ships getting blowed up and what not. Hyperdrive is apparently something that uses a lot of energy. So rebels running around the universe have easy access to tons of energy? No. Also I feel like you were using some science terms, but this is made up

I feel like you missed the best one, where Poe Dameron, dashing space flyboy, pulls a mutiny on the cold and frigid new commander who’s obviously not as a good a choice as him in his own mind, and it turns out he’s the asshole, not the hero.

Also when hyperdrive kamikaze rendered basically every other form of space warfare obsolete

I love that the Playstation generations have been pretty heavily into singleplayer (and JRPGs) and the only reason I have an Xbox is for Multiplayer games (XBL is still way better than PS’s online service/store) and the Xbox controller (which is the best controller ever created, only in my opinion).

I own all systems and I can certainly say on XBL, it’s not as lonely and much more social than PS4 or Switch. I always have friends on there in party chats on XBL.

My fear is a premium Jetta could Canabalize the lower end of the Audi line-up.

This show would be completely screwed without Tom Ellis. I hope he gets some attention for this.

If people would stop trying to take guns, knives, and explosives onto aircraft, we wouldn’t need them. Until then, the TSA is going to have this shit to contend with that justifies their existence. #ifonlycommonsensewascommon

Cain? No I’m Welling. Cain was the guy before me.

In all honesty as a person who does some social media management professionally (not my main gig, but I do run two corporate consumer-facing accounts) it will not hurt them. This kind of irreverence and snark is what most people are attracted to now. Earnestness doesn’t get likes and retweets, sass does, every time.

Just to note, in case you can’t tell, this is indeed a sequel to I Choose You, indicating that (for now) the movies will be their own separate series from the anime.

Tekken 7 just came out on consoles. Why is it a surprise?
