If physics has taught us anything it is that reality doesn’t have to be intuitive. Just because something doesn't "make sense" intuitively doesn't make it wrong.

Being a hateful idiot is not the same as being irrational.

There was the remake on GameCube if you happen to have one of those (or a BC Wii unit) lying around.

Not just Sony. If I was any publisher with a deep enough wallet I'd be having someone reach out to Kojima.

I thought that was exactly what the article said.

That depends entirely on how much you hate yourself.

You’re more likely to see it licensed to other devs. Frankly, if Konami isn’t going to make games anymore, they’d be dumb not to license the FOX engine. Better to have it bringing in money with no investment on your part than to just have it sitting in your pocket doing nothing.

Of The Devil?

If the question in your headline can be answered with a simple "no," then you should probably write a different headline.

I was close. Guessed 1859.

Yeah, I didn’t find any of the characters particularly compelling, and as a result the action suffered because I couldn’t bring myself to care about the outcome of any of it.

Nope, I'm right there with you. All style, no substance.

I absolutely agree that anyone should be able to get a refund for any content not delivered, but that's a different discussion.

If it's through Steam they can get a refund any time.

You were civil, you tried talking numbers, you proposed a way we could both win....but you're just wrong. Sorry, but there's nothing I can do about that.

Is it? It’s done on consoles. You think they’ve spent any time on optimizing it for PC when they haven’t even optimized the game itself for PC yet? What’s the point of releasing DLC for a game you haven’t even gotten to work properly yet?

The numbers aren't the important thing. The important thing is that the people who didn't get to play their game have been lined up complaining and requesting a fix since the day of release. Those of you who got a chance to play the game and are only recently demanding your DLC can get in at the back of the line

I can't see your video. I'll just assume it was hilarious.

There’s no point in releasing DLC that only 10% of your customers can play when 90% of your customers still can’t play the full game they paid full price for.

Right, but when solving two problems with a finite number of resources you solve the higher priority problem first.
