Better to make a poor impression with a free demo than with a full-priced product.

Why? It's a server stress test, not a demo.
So you don't understand why someone would be upset that they were given a gift, and then the giver took that gift away? You don't get why that's a dick move? Really?
No one's saying we're entitled to the game. We're saying taking the game away from customers who were impressed and intrigued by it is colossally stupid on the part of Konami. They had a potential gold mine on their hands, and at worst an incredibly good marketing tool, and they yanked it away from their fans. That's…
Because it's the scariest horror game.
I pause to read lore.
As I said, it's only a problem if there is no legitimate counter-strategy. If there is, then players just have to deal.
In that case, I don't know what people are complaining about.
Sounds like a poorly designed character moveset. If there's really little to no options for avoiding this sort of spam attack then the developers should look to adjusting somehow. Slow the move down, or reduce the impact it has or something.
No, but thanks for trying.
Based on what they charged for the dev kits, I'd say $300-$400.
You think it's absurd that it takes several years to invent a game-changing piece of consumer electronic technology and bring it to market? Are you serious?
What's the difference in drooling around the house in your VR headset all day and drooling in front of your TV and game console all day?
Because the commercial use it's likely to be put to is creating consumer experiences. So, yeah, I look forward to using it personally.
They did take it down from their servers, but connection to the server isn't necessary to run the game. It's single-player and runs entirely on the host machine, so if you've already got the file, you're fine. You'll just never be able to get it again if you delete it.
They haven't disabled the game if it's downloaded, but they've removed the download file from the servers, just as I said they would. If you haven't downloaded the game already, you missed your chance.
Because none of their pachinko customers (i.e. the ones filling their coffers) give a shit about Hideo Kojima.
Nope, looks like it's gone completely.
If your fun is to ruin other people's fun, then you're the definition of an asshole.
It's not that they suggested it that makes them like the Tea Party. It's that they shouted down any opposition with vile insults and infantile threats that makes them like the Tea Party.
