So I've looked into and tried out Quicksilver before, but what exactly can I do with it that I can't do with Spotlight? It just seems like a 3rd party alternative.

@Ad-hominem: I use Twitter not as a "look at me! look at me!" kinda thing, but more as a way to communicate. I don't have Facebook so it's a great way to keep in touch with people. Also, it's how my dad and I keep in touch and fill each other in with what we're doing.
Not really, it still feels like 2008. Maybe once the new semester hits I might feel it a little more.
Hahaha, I love the user reviews.
We should get a handful of us to buy it. That would be awesome!
My sister just got the Wii RB2, she'll be glad to hear this.
@Olusegun Yayi: Yes
I've been using FlexCal for a while now, it works great.
As cool as it is, I like iTunes. I have an album cover getter, lyric grabber, and a Last.FM scrobbler. I think I'll stick with iTunes
@reswob: Going on previous experience with all three, I'd give the lead to Amarok. Though that was pre-current releases, so I don't know what they've done differently.
@SHINOBI3: Ditto
@OGHowie: I got the RB2 and the CoD theme, but there's a free Holiday theme out there, you could pick that up.
I'm pretty content with Apple Mail, any big reason why I should switch?
@Dead Giveaway: I have the RB2 and the CoD ones, neither of them great. This looks cool.
Congrats! I wish you two all the best.
@ElenaComaetho: Yep, we did that too. We'd also usually have one of our buddies play his guitar and had a tip jar, then would just split that 50-50 and he got free drinks. It became its own little business.
Fallout 3, Rock Band 2, and my girlfriend and I both got back into our old Pokemon games again. So that seems to be a thing we do before we go to bed now.
@fastpotato: DRAGONBALL! HOOOO!!!
Interesting, any free options for us?
I'm not getting any freezes, but my friend was. But he had a lot of extensions. After uninstalling several of them, Firefox worked just fine. So my advice would be to uninstall some extensions if you have a lot. Or, just completely uninstall and reinstall with whatever the newest build is up on the Firefox website.…
