If I saw an obviously cisgenered guy in the ladies room I’d make some crack like “You’ve had a beautiful transition!” just to punch him in the nutfeels.

I’m sure it’s very White Cis Feminist of me, but I do get a chuckle out of the idea of gently taking these guys aside and giving them a flyer or pamphlet with trans support/awareness information, maybe offering to help with makeup. I do beat a mean face.

I think we all know the most reasonable solution: separate restrooms for conservative men.

It’s not like there’s a DNA scanning force field at the door that prevents literally anyone from just... walking in, regardless of their intentions. It’s a public restroom, not a bank vault in the Matrix.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: we have more reason, statistically speaking, to fear conservative men in bathrooms than trans men and women. Between Larry Craig, Dennis Hastert in the locker room, among others, republican men get up to much seedier shit in a restroom than trans people.
