They actually have a few of them.
They actually have a few of them.
John Zorn might have been a better NFL coach than Jim Zorn.
If your play designed for a fake punt has less strategy than the Breakthrough and Conquer event from American Gladiators, then you probably want to go back to the drawing board with it.
This is one of the few times I am looking forward to the blowhards on ESPN, Yahoo Sports and Bleacher Report producing some hot steaks.
He should have stuck with Plan Eh.
His junior year of high school was 2010?
He truly was a bad lieutenant.
With that heads-up agressive baserunning, he reminds me a lot of Chase Utley.
A turnover is more or less meaningless in soccer or basketball because of the volume of possessions you get in a game. In football, it is much more magnified.
I am one of the few people who likes the fumble out of bounds in the end zone rule.
I actually like that idea.
Why should the offensive team be rewarded for fumbling the ball into the endzone? If you fumble at the 1 and it goes out of bounds through the endzone, you should be punished for it. You should not get a do-over.
Football is based on rugby. If the ball goes out of bounds in rugby, it is a turnover.
In rugby, if a team fumbles the ball out of bounds, the defending team is awarded a line-out.
In rubgy, fumbling the ball out of bounds results in a line-out with the defending team throwing the ball in.
I had an Australian roommate a few years ago. I was explaining the fumble out of bounds rule to him. He didn’t understand it at all. I am pretty sure in rugby it results in a line-out with the defending team throwing the ball in. He said the opposing team should get the ball after a fumble. He is correct.
Exactly!
It should be severe. Why should the offense be rewarded for not firmly carrying the ball?
It’s time to fix the fumble rule too. If I lose control of the ball while playing soccer and it goes out of bounds, I lose possession. If I lose control of the ball while playing basketball and it goes out of bounds, I lose possession.
Ohh yea, of course they were doing it in Brooklyn before it was cool.
