Pom Poko is a film that everyone at Kotaku needs to watch. Most prominently featured testicles and testicular homicide in a children's movie.

@SamuelJackson1: I don't think you can be aloof "at" anything. Why can't we be knowledgeable with regards to politics? I agree that the comments here are never going to be the most insightful forum for politics (or videogames, for that matter), but it's just as juvenile as the average troll to insist that we ignore…
Oh, so we're supposed to believe Will Wright is a champion of science, and he contributes to McCain/Palin? The VP candidate that in the latest debate said she has no clue what causes global warming but still says she can help?
First game I remember: Super Mario Bros. 2. And I remember it for the quicksand. Oh god, the quicksand. Sometimes an anxiety-ridden four-year-old learning how to use a controller wants to be able to stand still for a moment, Mr. Miyamoto.
As a huge baseball fan, I'm of course a bit sad about the Olympic drop, but really, the team sports aren't the main attraction in my eyes. With the exception of soccer (which takes the role of off-year World Cup) and to a lesser extent basketball, I never pay attention to the team sports. Gymnastics, Track and…
Wait, *I* am from Baltimore! Ever since (MacArthur fellow) Marin Alsop took over as the conductor, interesting things have been happening there. I am very proud of the BSO these days. I'll have to attend.
I agree with McWhertor's last statement. The creators of the game unintentionally struck on a sensitive issue. I am afraid the developers are in over their heads for addressing it in the sophisticated method it deserves. This isn't the first case of a Japanese developer accidentally tripping all over foreign notions…

Of course the Danish site compares it to building with Legos. It is the only frame of reference they have.
Not a lot of Kid to that Kid Icarus.
Is this game actually first-person? I'd be immensely interested if that were not the case, because wasting an acrobatic, beautiful design on a lame, difficult perspective would ruin the feel for me. Watching those disembodied arms grab in front of them made me sad.
I must say that not knowing all of the facts, I would support such an appeal on psychiatric grounds. I, for one, believe that mental health issues are too often ignored by society, and I really do not want the state executing people with genuine mental illness.
