Yup.  If he was really that concerned “for the cars” he would have been blowing them out at scrap rates or less just to get them off the property.

Unfortunately, I haven’t seen anything showing fewer accidents.

I think those urethane covers were more about aerodynamics and covering up “ugly” bumpers than it was about absorbing the low speed collisions. That’s why low speed collisions usually result in high costs in panel replacement and paint.

I’m starting a new religion, fashioned on the amish/menonite. All technology made after 1995 is forbidden. You are required to lose traction at least once a day. Looking forward to those millions in tax free revenue. Women priests will bless our N02

The first one to be repaired is still waiting on parts.  We’ll let you know by 2022 Q3.

Bumper, bumper, hmmm, bumper. I’m trying to recall what that is. I don’t think I have seen one on a car in a long time.

I don’t think your physics knowledge is quite up to the task you set yourself to tackle...

Counterpoint: FUCK, NO.

Further to that, instead of complaining about F1 and constantly trying to justify an entire motorsport spent driving in a circle...how about paying attention to the best driving sport of them all, touring cars, and concentrate on that? The best, closest, most competitive driving I have ever seen is from touring car
