The Esparante GTR-1 is one of my all time favorite oddball cars. It’s like someone looked at the Batmobile and said: “I’m gonna race that.”. I wish there was more footage of it in action because I know it sounds amazing.

If they did a modern flachbau, it would still have exposed headlights. The slantnose was about aero and not aesthetics, so there is no advantage to color-changing smart glass. It would be more like the 964 Flachbau.
