@GitEmSteveDave'sTopHatX: It'd be nearly completely fine. They focus 6 lasers at one point (not from the same starting point) so by the time they were reflected back they'd be in 6 separate locations on the ground.

@Kwinten: Millions and millions.... PR supporting a company is worse, but exaggerating numbers to fight them with is part of the reason these problems get ignored. Sensationalism just makes us all look stupid.

@CamJN: Ah, I was just wondering if anyone actually thought it was a logically better choice.

@CamJN: Dare I ask for what reason? Do you think it's more efficient or simply more traditional?

@SenorValasco: And you just learned that it's wheelbarrow not wheel barrow.

@Odin: The sad part is how 'silenced' all the calls from people WITH the problem are :(

@Duophonix: Definitely, but saying that today it's not here so it won't be in the future is kind of redundant. Please see my reply to Apollo for additional thoughts on where we could go from here.

@Apollinarius: I'm not sure what field you are in but simply sizing up today's technology may not be the future of optics and sensors. Shrinking pixel size would be one way to increase resolution but there is research into using analog to digital conversions on the fly at higher resolutions. These technologies are far

@Metkis: I live downtown in a small bachelor apartment where space is a commodity and pedal bikes are regularly stolen off the street. I work 15 blocks from my place and wear a suit to work.

@Svirfneblin: Umm yes. If you create a unique bit of code that does something patentable (music) and charge licensing fees for it that is exactly what happens.

@Duophonix: Perhaps looking at the consumer level lenses isn't the best place to see where innovation is happening. Aerial and Satellite photography is capturing resolutions orders of magnitude higher than what consumer grade electronics are.

@BrknPheonix: What exactly about icing? It should be abandoned or reviewed more often...

@Mr-Supes: So they're only winning because corporations that research these things better than the average consumer think they're the best phone for the job.

I loved this show but had to rewind the VHS before the first time I saw it. Coincidentally, if you watch the show in reverse it's about a shark that throws up enough people that they eventually open up a beach.

@theotherstevejobs: How much soccer have you played? There is no way this would work with a field as large as a soccer pitch. Hockey (the greatest sport on earth) players can't get the puck over the entire other team and directly to a player cherry picking, let alone having icing for long kicks in soccer to combat

@dibs ODDJOB: Careful with calculations you haven't checked on those.

@Assassin_Kensei: For the added expense of getting in 3D projectors.. or if you don't believe that it's because there is demand to see the movies so they raise the prices to match.

@neil125: I'm excited for someone to solve the sarcasm debacle on the internet.
