Walt Jr’s PT Cruiser!

Let’s not forget Coulson’s 62 Vette, Lola.

We drive 10 and 16-year old SUVs with 50K and 80k city miles on them, respectively.  Wife just got a promotion and we figured we would finally splurge on a Gladiator that should be our last new car purchase (we’re 55).  Just in time for the worst car buying market in decades.  Sigh.  Now I gotta hope Korean

Taking inspiration from something and improving it 1000% =/= “stealing”.

Because it’s stupid, sorehead jealous bullshit.

His “How Great Thou Art” is spectacular. Especially live - the emotion and passion pouring out is amazing.

People claim to remember it fondly, but Corvette Summer is unmitigated garbage.  The storyline is appallingly bad.  Mark Hamill stinks.  And the car is hideous.  Annie Potts, the sole saving grace, is spectacular.  But she can’t save this turd.

weird, fun, experienced Batman

Last month I dropped $700 into my 2006 Tucson (only 80k mi) and with this market plan on driving it until it falls apart Bluesmobile style.

I thought I was the only person who found this entire movie (save for the chase) insipid and dull.  Absolute snooze fest.  Spielberg almost couldn’t help but improve it, but why bother?

Lazy

Teachers should be paid like the professionals they claim to be, not like unionized factory workers all making the same paycheck. The good ones get raises; the crap teachers get notes in their file, and eventually fired - not allowed to lollygag on the public payroll until their city-bankrupting pension kicks in.

He’s fine.  Nothing special.  And the less said about his “music”, the better.  Chase’s assessment isn’t wrong.

I was exactly in the same boat. I was vaguely aware of the name Bruno Mars, wasn’t really familiar with any of his music. Was pleasantly surprised by his performance.

U2 was so much better than every other halftime show, it’s not even a contest.

The TPMS light has come on intermittently on my Tucson for ten years. Two mechanics told me it’s a sensor issue. I got tired of replacing them so I ignore it.

NOOOOOOOOOOO!  I’ve been watching Dobie Gillis on a local rerun-type channel and was afraid his time might be up soon.  What a great show, so ahead of its time.

I’m 55, have a comfortable family income, and literally zero debt. Have only ever bought two new cars - a minivan for $18K in ‘98 and a PT Cruiser for 12K in 2005. Paid cash for both. Instead of car payments I knocked out my mortgage in 12 years. Would I have preferred a Wrangler and a Camaro SS? Yes, but I love

You drove from the back seat?  Well, there's part of your problem right there.

Early attempts to ostracize Rowling for not toeing the line on the trans issue were unsuccessful, so the woke are expanding their net. I anticipate someone coming forth with claims Rowling touched them inappropriately any day now.
