Punishers’ first ending is sweet and sad at the same time and the perfect place to end the show. The second ending is stupidly tagged on, grossly tone-deaf and thematically incongruent... but the message at the beginning of the credits is so terribly placed it is both hilarous and (almost) makes the shitty ending …

It’s been renewed for a 14th season which will make it tied for the longest running (season-wise) American comedy series!

They cut the season finale and made it into the season 2 premiere, which was stupid.

In their apperance in Titans it was mentioned that they lived in the “Caulder House on Danny Street”, so fingers crossed.

They never made a Killing Joke movie, you are hallucinating.

These are a great cast of C-list characters and I want to be optimistic (especially about MODOK and Howard and Hit Monkey and Dazzler) but I’ll believe it when I see it.

I think that even Morrison’s most insane stuff benefits from a re-read. There has been many of his works I’ve read once, gone - wth, and then several years later re-read them and they’ve suddenly become quite clear.

Reading Grant Morrison’s Invisibles. He is hands down my favorite comic writer and Invisibles is the few of his runs I haven’t read, enjoying it so far.

I just finished Velvet Buzzsaw (as in literally 15 minutes ago) and it’s the most I’ve disliked a film in a good while. A waste of a good cast, a story so unimaginative it felt like it was ripped off a superior Goosebumps book, dull pacing, and in the end it was just a low-tier slasher movie with uninspired kills at…

Am I the only 0ne disappointed that they’ve set McQuarrie for the next 2? Sure, every loved the last one, but I thought one of the cool things about the franchise was that each one had a different director bringing their unique sensibilities.

I’ve been playing (in 1 hour chunks) Dishonored (trying to go the pacifist route), Horizon Zero Dawn, Tomb Raider, Wolfenstein the New Order, the Arkham Knight Arkham Episodes, and replaying Arkham City. All are fun though I’m very bad at FPS so Wolfenstein is a struggle for me - but I’m a sucker for schlocky stories…

Spider-Verse gets critical acclaim and DC greenlights a Super Pets movie. They just can’t read the room can they?

The Suicide Squad, directed by James Gunn. Starring - Chris Pratt as Lobo! Zoe Saldana as Killer Frost! Dave Bautista as King Shark! Karen Gillian as Nightshade! and Micheal Rooker as Deathstroke!! Who would Cooper and Diesel voice?

The Lego Movie and Spider-Verse are my two favorite animated films and some of very favorite films ever so I’m cautiously optimist for this one. Those two films are ones I could re-watch forever.

If you watch closely though, you’ll see that it’s Mary Jane hanging down and kissing Peter in that scene. Cool Easter egg.
