Anybody old/cool enough to remember playing original Mechwarrior, followed by the GEnie Mechwarrior online experience with clans and role-playing and everything, as well as in-cockpit, highly complex first-person fighting? GOD I miss those days...

Mechwarrior is to Mechassault what Flight Simulator was to Crimson Skies. There’s a lot more complexity and there are way more controls in the Mechwarrior series, I hate to say it but I really don’t see Mechwarrior being suitable for console.

Was excited for it until I saw Piranha Games was involved with it.
