Passions was a soap opera on nbc from 1999-2007. AND IT WAS GLORIOUS in it's awfulness. But for real, the sets looked almost exactly the same.

I really had no other interest in it besides confirming that it was going to be a trainwreck—and that happened really early on!

At least they were able to reuse, reduce, and recycle.

Haha! That was basically me and my bf last night. We laughed so hard when she was singing in the forest and the leaves looked like construction paper.

I also think that the length (what was it, like 3 or 4 hours?!) didn't help. If you can tell after 5 minutes it's schlocky, damn, by 3rd hour, good lord.

I think it had that effect on a lot of people.
