NHRA has been using these for years, top fuel drag boats for even longer. No ejection seats required.

Valid point, though I do wonder if “Salt Life” stickers and truck nuts are acceptable in tandem on anything bearing a Honda emblem.

Of course, its still Honda, and its a crossover/midsize, so they will still sell every one they make like 70% off Nutella (and rightfully so, we own a 2018 CRV and I don’t have anything but praise for it, even if I don’t see the appeal of an in-betweener).

Right, which is why I think they will plop an optional/folding third in it. The non-US version CRV has it, but you can’t fit your potatoes. Now, you can have your third row and still potato, but not much else.

My guess is that it will essentially be a CRV with a fold down third row seat, which if you really need, you want the Pilot to begin with. If you’ve got enough hell spawn to warrant that third row, you bet your bippy you need more cargo room than the 10 inches they’ll give you to fit your sack of potatoes.

My first thought was that Mr. and Mrs. 488 had a baby, but it looked an awful lot like the mailman, Mr. GT.

Having run both configurations (minus the chicanes), I’m a bit disappointed. 6 to 7 is a short passing zone with enough track width to do it. 7 was quickest if you took it wide because it would let you carry momentum back across to take the right line for 8 without upsetting the car. But, if someone beat you into 6 on

I know, right? You’d swear he’s from Oregon.

Worth it just for the fart intensification factor. Wife and kid didn’t even see it coming.

For an effort to be different, every single LW kit sure does look the same...

It might seem like a good idea, until you realize that you could have bought a Boxter or Z4M for that price...

Another CCR driver here running the SEDIV TT/Hillclimb series. Great group of people to run with at the track, maybe 1% have been problematic, and those weren’t the regulars.

Underrated comment.

Can’t unsee.

Bet you could lump bullets 2, 4, and 5 into “cell phone use” and still be close to spot on.

Are nomex fishnets a thing?

Better than the current proposal, but I can’t unsee a FILA logo.

Engine bay shot is grungy, splotchiness on bumper trim is indicative of a spray painted “refresh”. Methinks this one doesn’t look so clean up close. Could have tricked me from the other photos, though. CP.

Show me a junior dragster that can do the same.
