To Live and Die in LA was insanely ahead of its time. We’re presented with an apparent hero in the Dirty Harry mold as a “cowboy cop” who isn’t afraid to break the rules if it means taking down the bad guys...and then he’s slowly revealed to be a reckless idiot who is the direct cause of many of his own problems. And

You can already play the original version on Xbox One, so putting out another one would be unnecessary.

I’m baffled by the PS4 part of this news.

I did the same recently, although I broke out the old Ps3 and physical copy. It’s fantastic through and through. The multi-player was even still working when I booted it up which was very surprising. Even had a decent number of folks playing, although good luck getting any actual game mode going.

Unless I’m missing something here, this gives us exactly no new information about the movie

I say.  That’s certainly one choice for a haircut.

No idea why, but my favorite moment of his was when he appeared for like 2 seconds as the moon on Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job. Caught me completely off guard.

Been thinking about this a lot lately

That’s kinda gross and interesting. Anyways:

I just could not get into Death Stranding. Even this many years later. I can’t get past Hideo’s enormous ego and bloated writing and let myself open this game again. For reference I thought Metal Gear was a fun series and feel like I’m supposed to care about this IP.

If you are person who would be interested in a movie about the Manhattan Project, you already know the story of it.

lot of people hate on puma, but it’s the only shoe company built entirely on brotherly spite and i think that’s beautiful.

Right, but it sure as hell doesn’t help.

Well, leaving aside the description of Man of Steel as “quite good” (LOL), the DCEU didn’t stumble because it introduced too many heroes. It stumbled because it was shit.

Can we talk about the mural in the style of the series animation? And how I’m not ashamed to admit it gave me literal goosebumps?

“Give Peter Quill a reason to leave earth”

This article answers a nagging question I’ve always had of why I was able to easily get sucked into the Mortal Kombat lore and not Street Fighter, despite both of them debuting and imprinting on my kid mind around the same time. And I guess the answer is Street Fighter lore hasn’t really moved forward in over two

so glad we’re spending three days of our lives canceling somebody who peaked 4 years ago while our world is on fucking fire

“it’s now clear that Fury knows his wife is a Skrull, which solves one of the mysteries from last episode.”

Nah, fuck that. I do fatalities every time. I enjoy them and if you don’t want to see them then beat me. I’m not even that good so it should be easy and happens more often than not.

Dennis essentially just upgraded the special effects and copied David Lynch’s version (practically) shot for shot.
