True. I’m from Phoenix and, as much as I am annoyed by the grating personalities of some of our local guys, they don’t really rely on “hot take” radio. The most annoying thing they do is emphasize over and over again that they have inside information because they are so very cool and connected.

Just like to point out that this guy cites unnamed company that brought 20,000 jobs to unnamed city because of unspecified property tax break. Not saying he is lying, but if you are using something like this as the basis for your argument, it would behoove you to cite specifics (i.e. company name, town name, amount of
