Fuck Don and Roger being the show's true pairing, that little scene between Don and Peggy was fucking brilliant. Why can't those two crazy kids just work it out and shake hands in a platonic way?

I generally never complain about the grades, because they're really meaningless, but damn this episode blew me away. Just a complete A. After season 6, I wasn't sure if the show would be able to recapture that lightning in a bottle, but this episode just floored me. Really great stuff. This season has been phenomenal…
She's based on Dorothy Parker. It explicitly states it in the article. I mean, I know we never did read the articles, but c'mon. Can't we at least pretend to read the articles? This one was actually really good.
Ah weddings. Webster's Dictionary defines a wedding as the process of removing weeds from one's garden.
That conversation between Jim and Pam is so great. I think it works so well because of the absence of interaction and then when they finally get talking they so easily settle back into their rhythms. Even the little moment where Jim brings up how many words he can type per minute, only to be put to shame by Pam. The…
I remember late season 2/season 3 of Parks & Rec feeling so special because the show had so successfully made it's own little world (many commenters drew parallels to Springfield). All the little flavours of history (murals, gazebos, etc.), the townspeople, the staples of the town meetings, the rivalries (the library,…
You're all crazy. "Beach Games" and "The Job" are a fucking incredible one-two punch and definitely the season's best. They pretty much completely sum up the show (sweet, sad, hilarious) and beautifully cap Pam's season-long search for identity and empowerment.
*drops mic*
Ouch, right in my dopey heart…
I'm kind of amazed that it could pull off something so excellent. The show has always been great and reached 'excellent' at the end of the second season, but Season 3 just seems like a different beast - high on energy and fucking hysterical.
Seriously, the world fucking needs a Dougie episode.
Although I really loved the first season, this trailer seems a little wacky. Due to Kohan's previous work on Weeds, I'm kind of afraid that this show will fly off the handles a bit. That said, the trailer for the first season didn't inspire much confidence either and yet it still ended up being one of the best series…
Is everyone actually on board for that movie? Is the only reason anyone wants the movie because of the quote? Community, like so many other shows on TV, really doesn't seem like it would translate to cinema. I kind of don't understand what the movie would do that would transcend 'just one long episode'. I love the…
TUSK!
I really loved the episode. I was a bit tepid on Season 6 compared to previous years, but the premiere was fucking dynamite. While Season 6 immediately seemed so blunt, last night's premiere reflected the kind of subtlety that I expect from Mad Men. Can't wait to see what's next.
I really don't have much to add here that hasn't already been said by so many others, but to me, Mad Men is just fucking magnificent, plain and simple.
Peggy is probably one of my favourite television characters of all time, so I'm really gunning for her 'happy' ending. Peggy's endless struggle has produced some fantastic moments throughout the show's run, but when all is said and done, I fucking want, nay, need her in the top position of power at SC&P (preferably…
The lesson is, never try.
Kids, kids. As far as Daddy's concerned, they both deserve to be punched in the face.
I've figured out the boy's punishment. First, he's grounded. No leaving the house, not even for school. Second, no egg nog. In fact, no nog, period. And third, absolutely no stealing for three months.
