It’s a fair point. Though I switch phones after 2 yrs anyway, as the performance becomes too sluggish (both on my iphone and One+)

With the SE2, it’s mostly paying for the brand (and the benefit/need of staying in the Apple ecosystem). The performance of those $300 phones is quite stellar.

Yea but most of their (and also Pegatron’s) iPhone manufacturing factories are in China

March 18 (2.15pm)- I ordered my Switch online

Given how Xiaomi, Redmi, Vivo, Oppo, One+ and even Samsung are churning out stellar phones under $300 with tri/quad camera setup, I just wish the SE2 had better cameras.

In an ideal world, yes. But if an international agency doesn’t bow down to China , Xi merely starts strangling their access.

Well, yea nobody is forgiving the administration’s response or lack thereof. Trump was still complimenting Xi as late as Feb end. Trump is a moron; that is clearly undisputed.

The US can’t support Taiwan or Hong Kong.

This is the very first time I agree with the gist of Trump’s argument; because in all fairness, WHO really dropped the ball this time.

True.

Trump has shown that being a - lying, narcissistic, self-promoting, self - aggrandising douche - is cool now.

Take your pick. Literally anyone could have done a better job

“We are, we are doing better and more than any other president could’ve done,”

Yours is a comment far properly phrased than OP’s “non-mask wearing culture+individualistic culture” riff raff.

Drive-throughs, deliveries, take outs are far safer options then. Covid-19 can only be contained if people maintain their distance; atleast till mass-testing is fully in place.

All those are fair points; but it’s a choice between risking a mass infection vs. opening these businesses.

“ that also fulfills these two criteria that are specifically bad for pandemics:

The US is not the largest country in the world, neither by size, nor by population.
