She is also a girl who doesn’t have long hair, a Floridian who doesn’t want everyone to be armed, and a teenager who is composed and articulate in the face of tragedy. So naturally they are confused.

“they’re products of public schools; they know how to fill out a square fully and completely”

I’m 42. If I wind up being 1/10 the woman Emma Gonzalez is right this very second, I will consider it a win. I’m in absolute awe of her.

It’s also ironic because they think one of the solutions to school shootings is anti-bullying measures and yet they are bullying a teenager.

3. If the man is bigger, stronger, and faster than you he’s probably going get a hold of the gun and fucking shoot you.

Polyamorous people would probably disagree, and as a bisexual person I never really thought about it that way. I always figured there was statistically a dozen or so people in the world that I *could* manage long term relationships with, and it was just a matter of which one I met first.

I mean sterile body-safe silicone is sterile body-safe silicone.

Fun fact - Foreo is owned and operated by Lelo. Same packaging, components and factories that make their sex toys. Makes me second guess their toothbrushes...

Good lord, if I had interest from NASA or SpaceX I would be there in a minute. You can keep in touch with friends and family with Facebook until you have new friends where you are.

Owen Wilson and brunette.

Women aren’t allowed to make mistakes. Men (especially white men, and yes I’m aware of this comic’s race but let’s face it, white dudes get away with literal murder) are given endless breaks.

I am so amused at how he thinks it’s super insulting to call a blogger a “nerd.” It’s like he’s saying, “Nuh uhhh....you’re just not dumb enough to think I’m funny!”

I admittedly do not know that much about their deranged worldview, but if I had to guess, the sort of people who are worried about little girls/women being assaulted by trans men in bathrooms probably don’t think women can assault men/boys in the first place :/

You’re right, 40% might be accurate, but I think there’s some importance in delineating WHY they are homeless. I used to work with Gary Mallon, an amazing man who was one of the first researchers to study LGBT youth and who ran the first shelter/group home for homeless gay kids. When I worked with him in the early

Logic. Critical thinking. The idea that kids have agency. So simple. See a thing that is dangerous, morally wrong or illegal on a screen or on a page, discuss with kids. Talk about why. Kids are smart and usually have an understanding at an early age about separating fact from fantasy.

*tsk* Never seems to occur to the Orange White House Occupant that if he didn’t stop doing oppositional-defiant-disorder driven wanna-be dictatorial things, there wouldn’t be any-defiant-disorder driven wanna-be dictatorial things that he’d done to leak about.

I’m never having kids so I can’t say I empathize exactly, but I really, really do feel you. And I want my sisters to get all the leave they need to take care of their babies and bodies. I got salty with coworkers who complained about pregnant women not coming in to work or people getting more vacation than others. I

It’s like society wants you to have children and then it punishes you for having children and at the same time hates you if you don’t want to have children.

In general though, I think it’s probably surprising how much trust we (miss)place in our sexual partners. I’ve certainly been guilty of it and have been lucky to have no negative repercussions from it. At least none that needed to be medically treated, or something even more permanent than that.

Perhaps a married couple would find a male birth control helpful if the wife couldn’t use BC for some reason. Etc. Plenty of applications for this.
