When Sandy Hook happened I thought we might finally do something meaningful about gun control in this country.

Yes.  And after they ban abortion they’re going to force sterilize people they don’t believe should have children.

The GOP has spent literally decades embedding their members into every level of government. The Democrats and other left or left-leaning people are hung up on either appearing above the fray and trying to get corral Manchinema types and folks demanding purity.

No.  Why would they care about IVF when they think there will be more white babies to adopt thanks to the lack of birth control and abortion being banned?

She can choose to give that child to a loving family member, or give it to someone else.

Biden needs to be pushed harder, I wish the White House would more forcefully address abortion, but let’s be realistic. Manchin wouldn’t just ignore any bully pulpit-ing, he would welcome and campaign on it.

I would add that Eleanor Roosevelt has been covered to death.  Instead of another over-the-top Emmy bait performance from Gillian Anderson, why not cover Pat Nixon or Rosalyn Carter.  The Eleanor Roosevelt well has just about run dry.

Eventually pregnant people won’t even be able to go to other states to get an abortion because a federal ban is the ultimate goal.  As long as the whites feel their power and majority is at stake, the more they’re going to go after abortion.  And LGBTQ+ rights, birth control and other privacy rights.
