That’s just it though - the advantage of Red Lobster is that it’s reasonably accessible seafood pretty much anywhere in the country. It’s not the world’s best and you can get a better lobster at some local place just off Cape Cod, but most of America isn’t that.

Much as I’d love to see Elizabeth Warren in any number of roles empowered to take on Banks, Monopolies, etc etc, it really comes down to one cold hard fact - we’ve got a 50-50 senate, and Massachusetts has a Republican Governor. She needs to stay right where she is, for now.

Pretty sure that lesson has been learned by now - but there’s still the optics of at least talking a nice bit first. Meanwhile Biden is already pushing full steam ahead and not waiting to negotiate or try and cater to bruised Republican fee-fees. Let’s hope there’s lots more to come.

The FBI is already gathering information on these people. This is not just going to go away - they’re going to find them and prosecute the crap out of them, made all the easier because these people largely plastered themselves all over social media.

The problem is that they can’t get rid of him, because their base voters love him. He’s hijacked all the tools they used to sway those voters (racism, etc), and unfortunately for them he won’t just go away now that he lost. So while many Republican politicians know that they need to get rid of him, they are entirely…

It’s going to be interesting to see what happens next. Trump has it in for McConnell, because Mitch wouldn’t back his attempt to overturn the election. There’s definitely going to be a circular firing squad going on as they all blame each other for these losses - and while I doubt there will be an attempt to remove…

Yeah, that was my first thought - the language used reads more like what conservatives think a leftist radical would write, rather than what actual left-wing activists would write.

Yeah - it’s unfortunate, but this is what happens when you have Republicans that would be fine with letting people starve, if they don’t get enough concessions. Meanwhile, the Democrats actually care about getting help to people - but sure, let’s blame them for the Republicans holding critical aid hostage.

I’d be fine with just “(finally and for once) hold them accountable (for their illegal shit)”, because the problem isn’t that a cop does something bad - the problem is that all the other cops and the entire system then do their utmost to cover it up and/or make it go away.

Yes. The problem isn’t “a few bad cops”, it’s that the entire system, from their fellow cops on up is set up entirely to cover for and protect any bad cops, shielding them from the consequences of any misconduct or illegal actions, even killings. Notice how in this tape the one cop is confessing to committing criminal…

When I played, it was because I had friends playing, and we could pretty easily set up our own sessions that were free of hackers or problem players. Once my friends got bored and stopped playing though, I lost all interest as well.
