I have yet to do this, but our local Cinemark theater has 4DX installed in about half the seats in their largest two screens, and they say that the effect is adjustable and can be turned off if you want a break.

If they are going to start expecting me to pay for MAX, at least bring back Skinamax!

It actually doesn’t seem that bad for an airport. Most sit-down restaurants now days charge between $12 and $18 for a burger and fries. Heck, a quarter pounder and fried alone at McD’s will set you back around $9.
