There is a massive collector/resale market for these. The site I posted below is one of a handful that can give you a good idea of how “valuable” some of them are.

Honestly your first mistake was not having finance in place with your own bank/credit union. Dealership financing is almost always a massive hassle unless you’re a high 700's low 800's score holder.

Honestly, that engine is pretty reliable.

Not true. those motors chug oil regardless of how you drive. My friend who works for Mullinax Ford talked me out of buying one after they have replaced 10 engines for either rod bearing failures, or oil consumption issues.

That and the manual in the GT is trash. brittle forks that snap if you even think of shifting with any enthusiasm.
