It’s not dumb because the charachter they chose was already feminine. It’s dumb because they are changing an existing characters gender for exclusivity. It would be a problem regardless of who they chose.

All of them would be wrong to gender swap, Give the female characters better roles. Don’t just Lazily make the ones with good roles female.

Give the existing characters a more interesting and prominent role. Fix that they are only being rescued. Don’t just switch characters gender.

Not at all. I don’t dislike this because it’s not as inclusive I could be. I just dislike them switching around the gender/race of characters. If they really need to be inclusive then give the existing females a more prominent role.

I’m tired of the same old 2d formulae I am for more interested anytime someone makes a 3d fighter since it means there is a chance they make a system that really works.

I’m far more excited for a game that has both a cool/mechanically complex character action gameplay in addition to proper 1v1 gameplay than just another run of the mill fighting game.
