Not only that, the one coming to NA would also be built in Germany along side the European spec models. A German built ford...I like.

McLaren does have wacky names. They should pick one naming scheme and stick to it. For some reason, the developmental names sound better. The MP4-12C was I believe the P11 which sounds a lot better.
Peugeot apparently has a NA headquarters in NJ. I too have heard of this mystery one driving around the area. Someone spotted an RC-Z on the NJTP a few years back.
You know what would be cool, if lotus took a commodore/Chevy SS and made it into a modern day Carlton...Just sayin'
Don't get me wrong, it looks badass. It looks like a car you'd find in Grand Theft Auto though.
Manuals in general aren't popular. Sad seeing that BMW makes some of the best manual transmissions out there.
A lot of the dealers in the NY area rarely have stick shift cars on the lot. I once went into one and asked if they had a particular model in stick shift, the salesman looked at me and said "Wouldn't you rather the automatic?" The rage that coursed through my body at that moment in time.
Fear not fellow Jalop, you can buy a 335i X-drive with a manual transmission or a 435i X-drive with a manual transmission. Good luck finding any on showroom floors, I've seen a grand total of ONE...And yes, I live in the Northeastern part of the United States.
I've seen a handful of these. I saw a 335i X-drive M sport with a 6-mt and a 435i x-drive M sport 6 mt on the showroom floor. They exist!
You can have a BMW with X drive an a manual transmission. I believe you have to order one from the factory and I believe it is only available on the 335 and 435. I've seen a 435i x-drive with a manual transmission on the showroom floor. They exist but they are far and few.
My first car was an E39 540i 6-MT. I had it for a month before I had to get rid of it. Although it was a wreck (Salvage title, bad 4th gear synchro) It was one of the most balanced cars I have ever driven.
Aaaaaand it was developed and will be built right here...IN AMERICA!!!!!!!!!
WHAT DO WE WANT?
WAGONS
WHEN DO WE WANT EM'?
RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!!!!!!!!!
If only America didn't have stupid importation laws and the money. I'd bring a LHD Sagaris here in a heartbeat.
But in the snow, you don't want a wider contact patch. You want a smaller one so that the weight of the vehicle is concentrated onto a smaller surface area and presses your car into the snow and giving you more traction. That's why winter rally cars have very skinny tires.
I've been saying this all along but stubborn older folk don't believe me. "All wheel drive is all you need in the snow" " Rear wheel drive is the worst in the snow blah blah blah" is all I hear I have rear wheel drive and a great set of all seasons (Pirelli P4's) and I'm fine in the white stuff. Just take it slow,…
Dumb ways to die, so many dumb ways to di-i-ie
He's three years older than my dad (give or take a few months) and he looks 20 years older ?!!!!! Damn Jezza, those ciggs
This makes me think, would it be worth it to buy a high mileage S4 Avant, factor in the replacement of the timing chain and what have you, and add some upgrades (headers, clutch, downpipes, etc) while the engine is out? You could effectively build the RS4 Avant Audi refused to sell here.
Speculative but its most likely going to have the flat plane crank out of the GT350, and a manual transmission.
