I’ve torn down/rebuilt many Hondas with more than 45k, and the wear is usually undetectable, except for those few parts intended to wear (cam chain guides, some oil seals, water pump seals). I wouldn’t hesitate at all for a clean bike with 45k, as long as it had good compression.
